Advising Anglo American on disputes in Southern Africa and South America.

Advising Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (CSN) on its £6.1bn bid for Corus Group also the financing of its bid, including £2.35bn senior facilities, £2bn high yield bridge and $3bn equity bridge.

TNK-BP


Advising the independent directors of TNK-BP in relation to BP's proposed transaction with Rosneft.

Advising Trafigura in relation to its disposal of a 20 per cent interest in its subsidiary, Puma Energy, to Sonangol Holdings, the national oil company of Angola.
