Macfarlanes advises Ares Capital Europe Limited on facilities for the acquisition of Liberty plc
Macfarlanes has advised Ares Capital Europe Limited on £15,000,000 facilities provided to a vehicle backed by funds managed by BlueGem Capital Partners LLP in relation to its portfolio company, Liberty plc.
Andrew Perkins, who led the Macfarlanes team, commented: "We are delighted to have closed our first deal for Ares on the provision of facilities to finance the growth of Liberty, supporting the next stage in the evolution of this classic British brand."
