Government publishes series of consultations on tax
The Coalition Government has published a series of consultative documents including ones on:
- interim improvements to the UK's current controlled foreign companies (CFC) legislation; and
- the taxation of foreign branches of UK companies.
The list of consultations is available here. However, the Geared Growth Schemes Consultation for employment related securities has been deferred without an indication of when it is to be published.
