In this edition:
Pension scheme funding is a challenge. This month, while the
High Court and the Court of Appeal have clarified existing law in
the Pilots case and the IMG case, the Pensions Regulator and the
European Commission seem to be again raising the bar in
consultation documents and a wide-ranging green paper. The
Pensions Regulator has also issued the first contribution notice in
relation to the Bonas Group Pension Scheme.
