IBM v Dalgleish - the end of reasonable expectations

The Court of Appeal has overturned the decision in IBM v Dalgleish, rejecting the notion that the employer’s duty of trust and confidence required that the “reasonable expectations” of employees must be satisfied unless there was no other possible course open to the employer.
