Restructuring
Advising Alchemy in connection with the £177m buyout by the investee company the Tattershall Castle Group of a portfolio of 178 pubs from the Spirit Group.
This was followed by the implementation of a restructuring in conjunction with our tax and corporate teams, involving a substantial reorganisation of the Group's property interests, which included an assessment of the impact of the restructuring on relationships with landlords.
