Jeremy joined the firm in 1984 and became a partner in 1992. Jeremy is head of the commercial group, specialising in commercial contracts and intellectual property. His core practice is centred on providing the firm's corporate and entrepreneur clients with advice on their operational contracts and arrangements and in particular joint ventures, franchising and outsourcing arrangements.

Jeremy has particular experience in acting for clients for whom intellectual property (whether brand or technology based) is a key asset and heads the firm's recognised leading brands practice, which is fortunate to count amongst clients some of the world's leading brands. Jeremy is a recognised expert in the fields of advertising and marketing, sports law and franchising.

Jeremy served for many years on the City of London law society commercial law sub-committee. He sits on the firm's finance committee and serves as a non-executive director of one of the country's largest private family offices.
