Seán became a partner in 1999. He is head of the employment, pensions and benefits group and has almost 20 years' experience advising employers on all aspects of employment law ranging from drafting employment contracts to boardroom and executive disputes.

Seán regularly advises corporate clients on collective redundancies, TUPE and the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, team moves and restrictive covenants, compromise agreement negotiations and employment tribunal claims. Seán lectures extensively on employment law.
