David qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and became a partner in the firm in 2000. He deals with all aspects of office, industrial and retail investment and development. He has considerable experience of complex funding deals for limited partnerships and specialist knowledge of Enterprise Zone development schemes and data centres.
David has acted for administrators on distressed property and handles all manner of landlord and tenant work, advising on a number of recent West End and City office moves.
David leads the firm's real estate relationships in Germany and Ireland.
