Advising a client in connection with a claim for damages in connection with a pan-European cartel, which resulted in one of the largest fines ever imposed by the European Commission in a cartel case.

Advising a well-known listed client that spent considerable sums of money on transporting its goods by air in connection with a claim for damages arising out of the global air cargo cartel cases, this resulted in significant fines on various airlines in Europe, the US and Asia.

 
 

Damages claim; rail regulator

Acting for a party in connection with a claim for damages following the decision of the Office of the Rail Regulator, which fined English Welsh and Scottish Railway Ltd for an abuse of its dominant position in the market for the supply of coal haulage by rail.
