Advising Brit Insurance on the redomiciliation of its holding company to The Netherlands whilst retaining a listing on the London Stock Exchange. So far as we are aware, this is the first redomiciliation to The Netherlands. We provided advice on the differences between applicable law and regulation applying pre and post redomiciliation.
