We provide expert advice on the tax aspects of a broad range of corporate finance transactions. Our experience in this area includes initial public offerings, rights issues, bonus issues, placings and open offers and returning cash to shareholders.

We act for issuers, sponsors and principal shareholders in relation to these transactions. While the primary commercial objectives of the different parties may not be identical, the tax efficiency of the transaction structure and the management of tax costs (including stamp duty reserve tax and value added tax) will be important for each of them.
