Darwin Private Equity
Advising Darwin Private Equity, a new manager formed by executives who were formerly at Permira and CVC, in raising its first fund with commitments of £217m.

Advising Goldman Sachs on the €1.2bn acquisition of and investment in ABN AMRO’s UK, Netherlands and Nordic private equity portfolio.
