Acting for 1Malaysia on a well-publicised High Court trade mark and passing off dispute with Group Lotus plc relating to ownership of the mark TEAM LOTUS and the green and yellow livery.
Anheuser-Busch
Representing Anheuser-Busch, the US brewer of Budweiser beer, in the Court of Appeal in an action relating to statutory acquiescence regarding trade mark invalidations, which has been referred to the European Court of Justice.
Informa plc
Acting for Informa plc on the recent redomiciliation of their IP portfolio to Switzerland.
Pernod Ricard
Advising Pernod Ricard on trade mark infringement claims, including a recent series of claims against supermarket own-label products. We also advised on the disposal of Tia Maria, which involved a re-organisation of the group’s internal IP structure.

Acting for Reebok on an LCIA arbitration, relating to a joint venture and trade mark licence.
