We focus on providing high quality legal advice. Our aim is always to identify the commercial objectives of the client and then to develop a strategy to achieve those objectives. We are proactive in our approach and in many cases that means taking on a tactical advisory role at the outset to work to prevent disputes arising or to resolve them at an early stage, without the need to resort to formal action.  We regularly resolve disputes at an early stage by the use of techniques such as mediation and early neutral evaluation.
