Alchemy
Alchemy and Alchemy Special Opportunities on a number of transactions, including the sales of Right4Staff to Gi Group SpA; The Cedarcrestone Group, Inc., which was acquired by Golden Gate Capital; the sale of the global manufacturing group, CompAir, to Gardner Denver and the acquisitions of Noonan Services Group and Beechcroft Developments.
Four Seasons Health Care Group
Advising members of the management team of Four Seasons Health Care Group on their investment in the group following the $1.4bn buyout by Three Delta (a Qatari government backed investment fund). This was an interesting instruction to act for the management of a large UK healthcare group, and directly led to us being instructed to advise the group on the subsequent restructuring of its debt.
J.C. Flowers
Advising J.C. Flowers & Co UK Limited on its investment in the business of Kent Reliance Building Society via an innovative structure involving the creation of a new industrial and provident society and bank subsidiary.
TA Associates
Advising TA Associates on the acquisition of Cath Kidston, the consumer goods retailer operating from 20 plus outlets in the UK and Japan.
