Acting for Intu Properties Plc on the acquisition of three shopping centres in Derby, Sprucefield (Northern Ireland) and a 50 per cent interest in Merry Hill (West Midlands) from Westfield for a consideration of £867.8m.
Tower 42 Holdings
Advising the buyer on the purchase of the Tower Unit Trust, the owner of the Tower 42 Estate, for £282.5m. We also acted for the borrower on the subsequent financing of the acquisition, which involved a fixed rate loan of £145m for 20 years from Aviva Commercial Finance Ltd.

Derwent London plc
Acting for Derwent London as developer and landlord on numerous matters including on a major pre-let to global luxury company Burberry. The pre-let of 1 Page Street, London, is valued at £5.3m per annum with minimum uplift to £5.7m per annum at its first rent review.
Advising Grant Thornton (as administrators) and ING, Deutsche Hypothekenbank and Hypothekenbank Frankfurt (as lenders) on the sale of a portfolio of eight shopping centres owned by CBRE Britannica to Kennedy Wilson for c. £250m.
