Initially advised Fulbright & Jaworski International LLP in 2007 in relation to their new London headquarters letting arrangements at 85 Fleet Street, comprising just under 40,000 sq ft of office space, followed by a series of planned short term subletting arrangements to third party occupiers of surplus space.

Advising ICAP in relation to its occupational arrangements as sub-tenant at 1/2 Broadgate, London EC2 in light of the administration of its immediate landlord Lehman Brothers Limited in September 2008.
