We also have specialist expertise in advising on facilities to high-net-worth individuals buying or refinancing residential properties in central London and overseas.

A key area of growth has been international real estate financing. The team has advised funds and other investors on the financing of properties in Central and Eastern Europe, Germany and Austria.

We have a well established track record in the field of hotel and leisure financings. In particular, we have been involved in the financing of a number of hotel chains in Europe and the Caribbean.
