Advising Kuig Property Investments in their capacity as landlord of commercial premises in Leeds. We successfully took the matter to trial obtaining a declaration as to the validity of the guarantee given by the Hong Kong based guarantor along with Judgment for substantial damages.

Advising our client on the retention of a £3m deposit following a purchaser’s failure to complete on a luxury apartment in Knightsbridge.
