Our distressed debt and claims trading practice has extensive experience in the diligence, structuring and negotiating of secondary debt trades and our in-depth knowledge enables us to provide advice across the full life-cycle of a debt trade.

We represent a broad range of parties involved in debt trading including: hedge and special opportunities funds, private equity funds, financial institutions, managed account platforms, asset managers; and collateralised loan obligations.
