In addition our financial services regulation team can ensure that the fund and the fund manager satisfy all regulatory requirements.
Although the UK is our base and a fundraising market that we clearly know well, the majority of the funds that we advise on are domiciled outside the UK. We are jurisdiction-neutral, and will start from a blank sheet of paper in determining the best structure for any fund; we will not shoehorn clients into a structure.
We maintain a database of marketing regimes across Europe and all key non-European countries as we regard this as essential to be able to advise clients credibly on applicable securities regimes.
In addition to the above, we advise on credit funds, retail funds, hedge funds and listed structures. This allows us to have a broad understanding of the funds market and access to solutions from one product area that may be well-suited to another. We genuinely believe. As a result, we are able to bring a truly holistic viewpoint to alternative funds.
