Our operational tax team provides comprehensive advice in relation to the operation of fund structures.

The team ensures that fund, house and holdco structures of our key clients operate as planned. We can assist with a number of functions, as well as being available as an outsourced in-house tax manager function to assist with UK, US or other overseas tax issues.

Our range of services includes:

• fund and investor reporting for US and non-US funds;
• individual tax queries (for example withholding, carry/co-invest information etc.);
• various tax elections; and
• tax returns and reconciliation with accounts and intended outcome.
