Jat Bains and Adam Ridley have co-authored a chapter taking an in-depth look at "Restructuring and insolvency laws and regulations in England and Wales".
Simon Beale, head of insolvency, Jat Bains, partner at Macfarlanes, Emil Kleinhaus and Kate Waldock at US law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, co-authored the Expert Analysis chapter “The UK’s restructuring plan – Ahead of the pack or Playing Catch Up".
