Hayley has a breadth of specialist knowledge in town and country planning law, including planning appeals, drafting and negotiating Section 106 planning obligations / highways agreements and planning enforcement.

Hayley acts for developers, local authorities, development agencies, infrastructure providers (such as ports and airports), housing associations and private individuals.

Hayley provides planning support whether in relation to a client’s development proposals or in respect of a wider due diligence exercise.

Advising Arora Group on the development, including Section 106 negotiation, of a 601-bedroom hotel at Terminal 4, Heathrow with a pedestrian access link to T4 and development of a 21 storey, 452-bedroom hotel and 23 storey building with 100 residential units adjacent to the O2.

20 Grosvenor Square

Advising on the redevelopment proposals for 20 Grosvenor Square (the former administrative quarters of the US Navy) for use as luxury residential accommodation, including Section 106 negotiation and drafting of highways licences.

The Geffrye Museum

Advising The Geffrye Museum on the redevelopment of part of the existing museum site to create residential accommodation and a café, including Section 106 assistance and drafting to ensure that the redevelopment monies were ringfenced for the museum refurbishment.

Arora Group

Advising Arora Group on the strategic redevelopment of a site in Crawley for residential purposes, along with a new integrated railway station, including Section 106 and general strategic advice, particularly in relation to the Network Rail consenting issues.

Muse Developments

Advising Muse Developments in respect of its regeneration of the council-owned site in Basingstoke town centre and the development of the first phase as a combined John Lewis at Home and Waitrose superstore.
