This transaction follows on from an earlier deal where Macfarlanes advised Ares Management funds on providing facilities to Titan Wealth Holdings in connection with the acquisition of two leading investment and wealth management businesses, Global Prime Partners Limited and Tavistock Wealth Limited.
Titan is a discretionary fund management/wealth and asset management business, targeting assets under management of �40bn in the next three to five years.
