Macfarlanes has advised Zurich Assurance Ltd on transitioning its existing longevity swap with the Trustee of the Skanska Pension Fund (the Fund) to Standard Life, as part of arrangements for a £525m pension buy-in covering all members of the Fund.
The Macfarlanes team was led by Insurance Partner Andrew Barton alongside Senior Associate Alex Clothier. Assistance was also provided by Senior Counsel, Madison Kaur.
