The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2020.

The Macfarlanes team for this matter was led by corporate and M&A partner Alex Green with assistance from senior solicitor Mike Birkett. Advice on financing arrangements came from partner Richard Fletcher supported by senior solicitor George Silber and commercial advice was provided by partner Malcolm Walton.
