Requirement on buy-side entities to issue SFTR risk warning statements to counterparties

Notwithstanding Thursday’s historic vote and the resulting uncertainty as to the long-term future applicability of EU law, regulations such as SFTR will continue to apply for at least the next two years. We therefore attach a note on an imminent obligation under SFTR of which you should be aware.
