Unshell Directive – further developments (gated)

It remains unclear whether the Unshell Directive, an EU measure designed to prevent the misuse of shell entities for tax purposes, will complete its safe passage to adoption, however following a series of amendments the Directive is evolving. This article highlights the key changes.
