There are various activities open to all staff to participate in regularly, ranging from arts and crafts, chess, football, squash, cycling, table tennis, Pilates and music lessons, as well as an annual team triathlon to raise funds for the firm’s charity of the year.

The firm's staff-led networks provide employees with an opportunity to socialise with their colleagues, have peer support and personal development. The networks focus on: balance for those managing careers and home lives, an LGBT+ network, a race, ethnicity and cultural heritage group for those from underrepresented groups and allies, and a forum for staff who have direct experience of/support others with neurodiverse onditions, long-term mental health conditions, disabilities and mental health.
