Simon advises UK and overseas buyers on the sale and purchase of farms, houses and estates and on the most financially efficient structure for owning and managing them.

He specialises in landed estates, country houses and prime central London homes.

Simon also has a strong background in dealing with issues arising under Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 and unregistered land. He he also regularly advises on manorial rights and rural rights of way, both public and private.

Simon has proven skills in acting on the sale and purchase of large farms and estates, in addition to acting as an independent conveyancing solicitor in matrimonial proceedings for both residential and rural property where the parties cannot agree to instruct either of the firms acting.

Simon acts as a principal point of contact for landed estate clients, assisting not only with transactional and land management issues from a property perspective but with business planning and tax efficient structuring.
