Olivia’s practice covers a wide range of transactions relating to high-value residential and country property for private clients and corporate clients.

Olivia has expertise in sales and purchases and a particular interest in leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, rights of first refusal and listed buildings. 

She acts for private individuals, family offices, trustees, investment funds, charities, developers and banks in relation to residential property and country property in England and Wales. Olivia advises clients and their lenders on the purchase, sale and mortgage of such properties including many listed or new build and development properties.

Olivia acts for both landlord and tenant clients advising them in relation to their properties including licences (to enable the development or letting of a property), tenancy agreements and leases. She also acts for both tenants and landlords in relation to leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions and the rights of first refusal legislation. Olivia is experienced at acting for tenants on many central London properties including those on the Cadogan, Grosvenor and Wellcome Estates.

Olivia also advises landlord clients in relation to their day-to-day management of their residential properties including the appointment of managing agents.
