Hannah advises clients in all aspects of work relating to private funds, predominately focusing on fundraising for which she represents both fund managers and investors.

As well as advising fund managers on the establishment, structuring and operation of investment funds, including private equity, venture capital and hedge funds, Hannah assists institutional investors in reviewing and negotiating fund investments. Hannah also advises on team incentive arrangements.

Hannah is involved in Macfarlanes’ sustainability initiatives as a member of the Environmental Committee and the Macfarlanes ESG working group.
