  • the acquisition and disposal of high-value prime London residential property;
  • estate conveyancing and agricultural issues and in particular the sale and purchase of large country estates, sporting rights, agricultural tenancies and estate management advisory work;
  • residential finance transactions acting for a number of private banks on secured lending matters and representing borrowers seeking finance to purchase residential properties in England and Wales; and
  • general estate management matters involving landlords and tenants across the residential, commercial and agricultural regimes with particular focus on leasehold enfranchisement and tenancy arrangements.
