Daniel advises on a broad range of M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border, public and private, and spanning a range of sectors.
His clients include private equity houses, family offices, asset and investment managers, and large corporate groups.
Daniel has a broad practice covering all aspects of corporate law, including private and public acquisitions and disposals, restructurings and reorganisations, joint ventures, and secondary transactions.
In particular, Daniel has considerable experience acting for clients in the commercial real estate space, including in the hotels sector, property development and management, and student housing.
In addition to his experience in the London legal market, Daniel also spent two years in Germany practising as a foreign lawyer.
