As well as running disputes at all levels of the English courts, Ed has significant experience in managing parallel proceedings in numerous international jurisdictions.
Ed assists clients across a variety of sectors (including banking, private equity, aviation, oil & gas and commodities) with their sensitive and significant commercial disputes.
Ed's cases regularly involve complex claims relating to breach of contract, conspiracy and fraud. In addition, Ed advises on corporate and shareholder disputes in relation to companies incorporated domestically and overseas.
As well as representing clients in front of the English Court, Ed’s work regularly involves a cross-border element and in particular he has significant experience of disputes in Asia, Africa and in the Eastern Caribbean. Ed has represented clients in various courts across the world and he works frequently with leading independent firms globally.
Ed spent six months on secondment with the in-house legal team of a leading UK headquartered bank working on a number of high-profile contentious domestic and international financial investigations.
Ed was ranked as a key lawyer in the Legal 500 2021, for commercial litigation and civil fraud.
