Amy McLeish Senior solicitor
Amy’s practice is concentrated on complex commercial disputes, with particular emphasis on contentious insolvency and investment fund disputes.
She acts for a wide range of clients including insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, private equity firms and high-net-worth individuals.
Prior to joining Macfarlanes, Amy worked for a pre-eminent law firm in the Cayman Islands, where she was admitted as an attorney-at-law.
Amy is a member of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and the Institute for Turnaround (IfT).
