John advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues for major corporates, private equity, and charities.

John advises on the full range of employment law matters. He has experience in contentious employment law issues, including management of all stages of Employment Tribunal litigation and settlement. He also regularly advises on non-contentious employment issues including drafting executive service agreements, contracts and policies, restrictive covenants, disciplinary matters, redundancies and TUPE transfers.

John has spent time on secondment within the HR team of a major global bank and has also spent time within a UK regulator.

He qualified in Scotland in 2016.
