Melody Munro Solicitor
Melody acts for a range of clients in contentious claims and in an advisory role. Her main focus is advising private clients and trustees but she also has experience working on general commercial disputes and advising employers in employment disputes.
Melody advises private clients in relation to general family disputes, trust disputes and related applications. She has particular experience dealing with elderly clients and parties, including addressing issues of capacity and litigating in the Court of Protection.
Her work includes acting for both individuals and trustees in both contentious and non-contentious applications in the High Court, as well as providing advice more generally and assisting with settlement of disputes. She also advises private clients seeking information from trustees and / or the executors of estates (and to trustees and executors faced with requests).
Melody has experience advising private clients and companies in relation to general commercial matters such as breach of contract claims and professional negligence.
Melody has advised in the High Court and the Employment Tribunal in relation to employment disputes. Her work also includes assisting with settlement negotiations and advising on running fair disciplinary proceedings.
Melody is a member of the Junior London Solicitor Litigation Association and is a student on the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists course with a view to obtaining membership.
