Noreen advises clients on all aspects of work relating to investment funds, both regulated and unregulated.
Noreen advises a number of large asset managers and “host” authorised corporate directors on various regulated fund matters including: (i) the establishment of umbrella and standalone OEICs and authorised unit trusts (UCITSs, NURSs and QISs) including CAIFs, FAIFs and PAIFs, (ii) mergers (including UCITS mergers) / schemes of arrangements, (iii) fund terminations, (iv) fund range rationalisations, (v) new sub-funds and (vi) various other ad hoc changes and updates to their fund ranges. Noreen also advises clients in relation to on-going regulatory and compliance matters, in particular, regarding the application of the UCITS directive, AIFMD, MiFID II, PRIIPs and the Benchmark Regulation.
She previously worked at a leading law firm in Dublin, Ireland.
Noreen spent time on secondment at EnTrustPermal in 2016.
