Eleni Papadopoulos Associate

Eleni advises UK and international clients in a wide range of sectors on all aspects of EU and UK competition law.

Eleni advises on contentious and non-contentious competition law matters including domestic and international merger control, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, horizontal and vertical agreements, competition litigation and competition law compliance issues.

She has experience working across a variety of sectors including pharmaceuticals, retail and transport.

Eleni sits on the steering group of our DAWN staff network, a forum that focuses on the mental health and wellbeing of all of those at Macfarlanes and also offers support to staff who have direct experience of or support others with disabilities, neurodiverse conditions and other long and short term conditions.
