Manish advises on data privacy and cybersecurity, although his practice extends to commercial technology law more generally.
By virtue of his tech-background, he is uniquely placed to provide valuable advice to organisations on data privacy, cybersecurity and privacy management using his dual-sector knowledge.
Manish acts on an array of matters including, breach readiness and handling, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gap analyses, privacy clause contract formulation and review, privacy framework establishment and management, advice surrounding the interpretation of data subject rights.
He also advises on privacy and technology aspects of corporate transactions, working closely with the firm’s corporate, financial services and private equity client base.
He is a member of the British Computer Society, the International Association for Privacy Professionals (CIPP/E qualified), the Society for Computers & Law and the Notaries Society for England & Wales (as a Notary Public). He is also reading (part-time) for an advanced computer science MSc in cybersecurity at the University of Oxford. Manish speaks on data privacy and cybersecurity, and frequently writes in publications, both in the legal and technology sectors.
