In episode nine of our women in real estate podcast series, senior associate Rebecca Ashton sits down with Sarah Starkey, Director and Asset Manager at Atrato Group.
Sarah joined Atrato in early 2022, and has single-handedly run the asset management function for the Supermarket Income REIT portfolio (SUPR). SUPR currently own and manage freehold or long leasehold interests in a portfolio of 50 omnichannel supermarket stores, together with a small number of ancillary retail parks and Sarah’s vision for management of the portfolio is ambitious and proactive.
Having previously worked for Landsec and Tesco plc, Sarah’s market knowledge in the retail and leisure sector is unrivalled.
