Macfarlanes has advised ABC Technologies Acquisitions Limited on share plans, pensions, employment and real estate matters in connection with its recommended all cash offer for TI Fluid Systems plc.
ABC Technologies is a global manufacturer and supplier of custom, highly engineered technical plastics, components, systems, and light-weight innovations to the global automotive industry and majority-owned by certain affiliated funds of Apollo Global Management, Inc. and its subsidiaries.
