Macfarlanes advises Kennedy Wilson on acquisition of Heathrow Estate

Macfarlanes has advised global real estate investment company Kennedy Wilson on the acquisition of the Heathrow Estate, a 300,000 square foot industrial property in West London.

The asset, a high quality multi-let industrial property in a prime distribution location, was acquired for $111m, excluding closing costs.

Kennedy Wilson is a leading real estate investment company with over $27bn of assets under management in high growth markets across the United States, the UK and Ireland.

The Macfarlanes team was co-led by real estate partner Gerald Kelly and corporate and M&A partner Justin Hope, who were assisted by real estate senior counsel Sindhuja Shriananda and real estate senior associate Lizzie Fielding. Tax advice was provided by partner Sarah Shucksmith and associate Sam Wilson.
