Macfarlanes announces private capital partner hire

Macfarlanes is pleased to announce that Victoria Hills joins the firm from 14 October 2024 as a partner. Victoria joins from Freshfields.

Victoria has extensive private capital experience, specialising in private equity, M&A and joint venture transactions in the real estate and hotels sectors, and she is joining to play a leading role in the development of Macfarlanes' private equity real assets team.

She advises private equity investors, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and corporates. Her practice has a focus on large scale, complex and often multi-jurisdictional transactions, with a particular specialism in hotel investment.
