Changes to the CDM regulations - what developers need to know

The final version of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) has been published.

Subject to parliamentary approval, CDM 2015 will come into force on 6 April 2015 and replace the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM 2007).  

The purpose of this briefing note is to highlight client duties under CDM 2015 which developers will need to get to grips with before the anticipated implementation date of 6 April 2015.
