Nick O’Grady joins Macfarlanes today, 1 July 2026, as a partner in the firm’s Finance practice.
Nick advises private equity sponsors on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions alongside a broader range of finance work.
His arrival strengthens the firm’s Finance practice, which is recognised for its work on complex private capital financings and advises sponsors and private credit funds across a broad range of financing products and structures.
