Macfarlanes advises M&G Investments on the launch of its first private credit focussed LTAF

Macfarlanes has advised M&G Investments on the launch of its first private credit focussed Long-Term Asset Fund (LTAF), the M&G Diversified Private Credit Feeder LTAF.

The M&G Diversified Private Credit Feeder LTAF provides defined contribution (DC) pension scheme members with access to a diversified portfolio of credit investments while channelling capital to businesses and projects across the UK and Europe. 

The Macfarlanes team was led by Head of Regulated Funds Lora Froud, with assistance from Senior Counsel Alexandra Cochrane and Senior Associate Sandeesh Shah. Tax advice was provided by Partner Sarah Shucksmith and Associates Saskia Rock-Williams and Alec Siegert.
